NetMax Marketing allows members to opt-in to our news letter to receive updates on new products, marketing tips on how to effectively advertise your products or services in a cost effective way and special promotions which are sent only through our newsletter.

NetMax Marketing does require a name and email address be provided upon registration of purchases of products or services. In the event of a problem with installation we may also require computer info such as operating system, browser type, or FTP info when applicable.

NetMax Marketing requires such info for the following reasons:

  • In order to understand our customer base and cater to their needs
  • To develop a personal and pprofessional relationship with the customer
  • So customers can access protected areas within the website
  • To inform the customer of upgrades or new product releases
  • To bill accounts for subscription services
  • To verify if members are involved in policy violations
  • To secure our products and services from internet bandits
  • And most importantly supply the best support possible to customers or possible customers on our site!
When a customer registers a new product or service with NetMax Marketing the customer is giving consent to NetMax Marketing to collect the person info required by this privacy policy for the specific product or service that member purchased. NetMax Marketing will then know whom the customer is; the customer may contact us at any time for support requests, installation, set-up or any other concerns the customer may have. NetMax Marketing also has the option of contacting the customer.

NetMax Marketing absolutely will never sell, rent or disclose your personal information to any 3rd party expect when legally obligated to do so by government or public authority.

NetMax Marketing also asks members to keep their information as accurate as possible. We ask that you please use reasonable efforts to keep us notified to changes of email addresses or other information which may become relevant in solutions or upgrades to your account details.

NetMax Marketing does use cookies to provide a more personalized experience on our website. For example, if you are browsing our site and were sent by one of our affiliates a “cookie” is placed on your machine to ensure the proper referring sponsor is compensated if a purchase is made. This cookie identifies you as a unique user and determines which products and services you have purchased through us as well as ensures the proper affiliate is compensated accordingly.

Some of our affiliates use advertising or banners for our site which are placed on their home page or distributed in other fashions. We do not control these advertising networks, nor do we control third party sites reached through links on our site or their information collection practices. NetMax Marketing will not be responsible for the activities of these third parties.

We maintain security procedures and standards which we believe are as safe as today’s technology permits. We test these procedures and modify them regularly as new technologies become feasible.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All e-book orders fall under our 7 day refund period. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your e-book, notify us within 7 days for a full refund.

Monthly services such as Advanced E-Mail Blaster and The Ultimate Classified Ad Blaster may be canceled at any time. However, members are still responsible for the current month’s payment. For example, if your order billing period is May 5 to June 5 and you cancel on May 31, you will not be charged again in June, but you are still responsible for May's payment.

Please notify our support staff at least one business day before your next billing cycle if you wish to cancel to ensure enough time to stop the billing. Alternatively, you can also go directly into your PayPal account and cancel the subscription yourself from the link in your last payment receipt. DO NOT just delete your membership with us and expect the billing to stop. Deleting your membership will not stop the billing and we have no way to tell when you actually deleted your membership.

All software and search engine submitting is non-refundable. Due to the nature of the product no refunds can be given once you have access to the material.
